The IntAYRnet Philatelic Market offers a no-frills, low-cost opportunity for collectors to buy and sell
superfluous material, or seek and find "Wants", in a worldwide market with no sales commission, no buyers premium, and no sales taxes.
This is how it works .....
The vendor sends to Intayrnet
- a priced list of superfluous material (or a "Wants" list)
- a remittance to cover the cost (see below) of internet preparation and placement.
- the vendors E-mail or Postal address with which the buyer should communicate.
Within 7 days of receipt, IntAYRnet will
- assign an Item Number to each item which the vendor offers
- format the web pages
- publish the listing and vendor contact details in the Intayrnet Philatelic Market.
- lists of a single country or topic are indexed, mixed listings are grouped under "World"
The buyer contacts the vendor direct.
The vendor advises IntAYRnet of items which are sold and IntAYRnet removes sold items from the sales listing.
All costs fall to the vendor. Costs are inclusive of:
- Internet set-up.
- Return 1st class postage on items (or photographs) supplied for scanning.
- Publication on the internet for 3 months.
- Update of listings in respect of items advised "Sold"
Costs are:
- For 3 months publication
£ 25 per A4 page of clean typed listing of Item Description + Item Price
(or £ 20 per A4 page if supplied by E-mail as an Ms-Word document).
£ 5 per item for full colour scanned reproductions, up to size 4" x 7".
- £ 5 for a further 3 months publication of an existing listing with pictures.
- £ 10 for up to 100 words of "Wants". Larger volumes at the same rates as Sales listings.
