We have worked with local clients to implement stand-alone systems and with a number of multinational clients to secure the benefits of a worldwide core system which also satisfies the country-specific requirements of Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Data Protection Consultancy and Audit Under the EU Directive, the US Safe Harbour Legislation, and/or the national law of each country, the Data Controller has important legal obligations. With significant experience and expertise in this field, we are able to offer both Consultancy and Audit services. These services have been extremely valuable to clients for whom the publicity associated with contravention of data protection/privacy legislation would be particularly unwelcome.
